Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business prospects and client leads across various insurance sectors.
- Assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate life and general insurance products.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with individual and corporate policyholders.
- Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide continuous advisory support on wealth creation, asset protection, and risk management.
- Minimum of HND or BSc in any discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Strong passion and readiness for aggressive business prospecting and sales.
