About the Role
Konstructum Contracting Company (KCC) is a premier multidisciplinary engineering, turnkey design, and construction firm headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, delivering critical infrastructure across energy, oil and gas, and commercial sectors. We are seeking a meticulous and driven Financial Controller (Reporting Analyst) to anchor our finance operations, enhance financial controls, and deliver actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review comprehensive periodic financial reports, management accounts, and performance summaries for executive leadership.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances, actual financial results, revenue, and expenditures to ensure strict financial alignment.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, general ledger maintenance, and critical account reconciliations.
- Oversee project cost analysis, tracking expenditures against approved budgets to identify financial risks and overruns.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital metrics, and receivables to maintain optimal liquidity.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and statutory audit requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, or accounting within project-based or engineering industries.
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and modern ERP systems.
- Professional certification or active membership with ICAN or ACCA is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a robust understanding of internal financial controls.
