Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Financial Accounting lessons in alignment with the current NERDC curriculum.
- Prepare students adequately for West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and other relevant assessments.
- Utilize modern digital tools and state-of-the-art learning facilities to enhance classroom instruction.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of academic performance and attendance in line with school policies.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting, Education (Accounting), or a related discipline. A relevant postgraduate qualification or TRCN certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience teaching Financial Accounting in a reputable secondary school.
- Thorough knowledge and practical understanding of the new NERDC curriculum.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
