About the Role
Genesis Group, a leading Nigerian conglomerate spanning hospitality, entertainment, and food production, is seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager (ACA, ACCA) to oversee the financial health of our operations. In this role, you will direct daily accounting operations, drive margin and waste control, and deliver data-driven financial insights to executive management to support our continued growth across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger maintenance, and fixed asset accounting.
- Manage comprehensive inventory reconciliation, food and production cost controls, and cash flow across outlets.
- Direct month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and management reporting.
- Ensure strict statutory compliance, managing payroll, tax filings, audits, and value-added tax returns.
- Partner with executive management to deliver actionable financial insights that drive profitability and expansion.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Mandatory professional certification or active progress toward ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or CIMA.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial management experience, preferably within QSR, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) or accounting software.
- Strong analytical abilities, impeccable integrity, and deep knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations.
