About the Role
FSL Management Services commenced operations in 2018 with a mission of providing manpower requirements and human capital management for organisations. FSL currently has over 3,000 outsourced staff nationwide, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal health across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all accounting operations including billing, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and ICAN standards.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize financial performance.
- Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Must possess a valid ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) certification.
- Previous working experience in a financial institution is strictly mandatory.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance.
