Key Responsibilities- Oversee all accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and comprehensive financial reporting processes.
- Manage strategic tax planning, statutory compliance, and timely resolution of all tax-related obligations in Nigeria.
- Supervise treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and overall financial planning.
- Establish, implement, and monitor robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
- Provide actionable financial insights, executive reports, and strategic recommendations to executive management.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Mandatory possession of a recognized professional accounting qualification such as ICAN or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 6 years in a dedicated supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in accounting, internal controls, and financial management within a structured SME or corporate environment.
- Prior experience within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or retail industry will be considered a strong plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software, ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel, and modern financial management systems.
