About the Role
FMR Agency is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Finance Manager to join our dynamic team located in Jakande Estate, Isolo, Lagos. In this vital role within the food manufacturing sector, you will oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring robust fiscal controls while supporting our strategic expansion goals through innovative financial insights.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete finance and accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company financial policies.
- Monitor cash flow performance and optimize working capital to support daily manufacturing operations and business growth.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and risk management procedures across the organization.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial strategies and business expansion plans.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Compulsory possession of ICAN (ACA) or ACCA professional certification.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated experience within the manufacturing industry, preferably food manufacturing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) accounting systems.
