About the Role
Vantegral Consulting is seeking a dedicated and analytical Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial books, managing receivables and payables, and producing timely financial reports. You will ensure effective financial controls are in place while driving compliance with local accounting standards and statutory regulations to support our continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Post daily accounting entries and perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) alongside comprehensive cash tracking.
- Prepare monthly accounts and insightful management reports for senior leadership.
- Support accurate payroll processing and coordinate tax filings as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and readily accessible audit trail for all financial transactions.
- Ensure strict adherence to company financial policies and statutory Nigerian tax requirements.
- Five to eight years of proven professional experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial management role.
- Possession of a recognized accounting qualification with solid, hands-on bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern accounting software and financial management tools.
- Active ICAN or ACCA certification will be a distinct advantage.
