About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic, analytical, and results-driven Finance Manager to join our growing team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our financial strategy, managing risk, and ensuring fiscal compliance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, invoicing, and payroll processing.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support the company's real estate development and expansion goals.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow statements for executive leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax laws, regulatory standards, and internal financial policies.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs, analyze financial variances, and recommend cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CPA is strictly required.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of cognate financial management experience, preferably within the real estate, construction, or holding company sector.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian financial regulations, taxation, and corporate governance.
