About the Role
Benid Industries Limited is an established Nigerian manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-quality alcoholic beverages, including bitters, gin, schnapps, and wine. Founded in 2001 and operational since 2009, our headquarters and factory are located along Auchi Road in Ugbe-Akoko, Ondo State. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Finance Manager to lead our financial department, ensure fiscal responsibility, and drive strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash flow forecasting.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and profitability assessments for multiple operational departments.
- Monitor production costing, inventory valuation, and supply chain expenses within our manufacturing environment.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax laws, regulatory requirements, and internal audit policies.
- Collaborate with executive management to formulate financial strategies and improve operational efficiency.
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least five (5) years of relevant working experience in financial management, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Professional accounting certification such as ICAN, ANAN, ACCA, or an equivalent recognized body.
- Extensive knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, taxation, and auditing.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
