We are currently looking for a dynamic and analytical Finance Associate to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records, executing timely reconciliations, and supporting overall financial controls to ensure the integrity of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and perform timely bank statement and cashbook reconciliations.
- Prepare comprehensive transaction, settlement, and financial reports across multiple payment channels.
- Investigate and resolve transaction-related discrepancies while actively supporting fraud monitoring and financial controls.
- Support daily finance operations, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of all financial records.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a dedicated finance role.
- Mandatory prior experience working in Banking, Microfinance Banking, or a recognized Financial Institution.
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, settlements, financial reporting, and internal financial controls.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, high accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
