About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Manage and post all receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation outstanding items accurately.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and staff in compliance with purchase orders, contracts, and payment terms.
- Accurately deduct and remit Withholding Tax (WHT) prior to processing payments.
- Track bank-wise balances, turnovers, facility proportions, and maintain daily treasury reports.
- Submit accurate reports of bank balances by 10:00 AM every working day.
- Maintain comprehensive schedules of all foreign exchange purchased and fixed deposits made.
- Supervise the office assistant to ensure professional filing of key documents including bank offer letters, approvals, and BRs.
- Facilitate smooth internal and external audit exercises by providing requested documents within 24 hours.
- Update and maintain all statutory compliances as required by regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated experience in treasury management, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance.
