About the Role
HAMTEM Solar Energy Limited is a 100% Nigerian-owned premium solar energy solutions provider specializing in residential, commercial, and agricultural solar power installations. We operate a robust retail and wholesale distribution network across Nigeria, delivering exceptional engineering procurement services alongside portable solar-powered consumer goods like our widely popular rechargeable AC/DC fans. We are currently seeking a dynamic, target-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Enugu.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and proactively engage potential retail and wholesale customers within the Enugu region
- Promote and sell our extensive range of high-quality solar energy products and portable consumer goods
- Generate consistent sales leads and actively work to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities in the local area
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution
- 0 to 1 year of hands-on sales or marketing experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
- Proactive, resilient, and highly target-driven mindset
- Must currently reside in Enugu with close proximity to key commercial areas
