We are currently looking for a motivated Field Operations Assistant to join our vibrant team in Abuja and drive our property sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Source residential and commercial properties available for rent and sale across strategic locations in Abuja.
- Conduct physical property inspections to verify conditions, locations, pricing accuracy, and availability.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with landlords, property owners, caretakers, and industry agents.
- Capture clear, high-quality property photos and videos for marketing campaigns and promotional platforms.
- Gather accurate property documentation and data to submit comprehensive daily and weekly field reports.
- Coordinate property viewings and provide professional support to clients during inspection visits.
- Conduct ongoing market research regarding rental trends, property values, and emerging real estate opportunities.
- Identify verified property listings to continuously expand and strengthen the company portfolio.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven familiarity with Abuja neighborhoods and the local real estate landscape.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in capturing digital media and compiling structured field reports.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
