We are seeking a proactive, confident, and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to increase our market visibility, identify high-value clients, and generate robust business opportunities for our bespoke interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Marsand's premium furniture services to prospective clients, property developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers.
- Identify and generate qualified business leads through strategic field visits, networking, referrals, and active prospecting.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with prospective clients and key industry stakeholders.
- Pinpoint residential and commercial construction projects requiring bespoke furniture and joinery solutions.
- Represent the company professionally, ensuring alignment with our premium brand positioning in the Nigerian market.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, specific project requirements, and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop leads through consistent, professional communication and structured follow-up strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify lucrative new areas for business expansion.
- Submit detailed, regular reports on field activities, generated leads, and successfully identified project opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- High level of confidence in approaching, engaging, and pitching to prospective high-net-worth clients.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting performance targets.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
- Willingness and readiness to travel extensively for field marketing and networking activities.
- Previous experience in field marketing, direct sales, or business development is a distinct advantage.
- Prior knowledge or background in furniture, interior design, construction, or real estate will be an added advantage.
