About the Role
Entourage Integrated Trust Limited, a leading investment company specializing in lending, leasing, venture capital, and microfinance services, is recruiting a diligent and objective Field Auditor for our Lagos State office. You will play a critical role in enhancing our operational effectiveness by implementing systematic and disciplined audit approaches to strengthen risk management, control, and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive audits across multiple states and prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings and recommendations
- Serve as an independent advisor to management and audit committees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Identify operational loopholes and recommend risk mitigation strategies to strengthen internal controls
- Prepare audit memorandums and maintain thorough documentation of audit processes and outcomes
- Execute follow-up audits to monitor management's implementation of audit recommendations
- Provide qualitative and quantitative evaluations based on empirical data analysis
- Stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and auditing standards
- Maintain effective communication with management and ensure staff compliance with established protocols
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related discipline
- Proven professional experience as an Auditor in microfinance or lending institutions
- Expert knowledge of auditing standards, accounting procedures, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and database management systems
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent judgment
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and report-writing skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Comfortable with interstate travel for audit assignments
- Competitive starting salary: ₦174,000 monthly
