Avetium Consult Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Field Agent to join our dynamic team in Katsina. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the national identity enrollment process, ensuring seamless data collection and verification for citizens. Key Responsibilities- Guide applicants through the National Identification Number (NIN) enrollment process, ensuring accurate and complete data collection.
- Capture high-quality biometrics, including ten fingerprints and facial images, utilizing provided NIMC-licensed equipment.
- Thoroughly verify applicant supporting documents such as birth certificates, local government IDs, and international passports for authenticity.
- Ensure all submitted data perfectly matches supporting documents to prevent future modification errors.
- Manage the successful synchronization and submission of all captured data directly to the NIMC backend system.
- Maintain the optimal security, handling, and basic troubleshooting of assigned enrollment kits including laptops, scanners, and cameras.
- Minimum of an OND or NCE qualification, backed by practical experience in data entry and computer operations.
- Prior working experience as a data capture agent, KYC officer, or involvement in government, banking, or telecommunication enrollment projects is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in operating Microsoft Windows OS and troubleshooting peripheral hardware like cameras and biometric scanners.
- Strict adherence to data privacy regulations, confidentiality, and security standards.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and relevant local languages spoken in Katsina.
- Must currently reside in Katsina.
- Competitive fixed and commission-based remuneration package totaling NGN 150,000 net monthly.
