About the Role
Avetium Consult Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Agent to join our dynamic team in Kano. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the National Identification Number (NIN) enrollment process, ensuring seamless data collection and verification for applicants. We are looking for a proactive professional committed to maintaining high standards of data integrity and customer service while operating NIMC-licensed equipment in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Guide applicants smoothly through the NIN enrollment process, ensuring accurate and complete data collection.
- Capture high-quality biometrics, including ten fingerprints and facial images, using approved NIMC-licensed equipment.
- Verify applicant supporting documents such as birth certificates, local government IDs, and international passports for authenticity.
- Ensure all submitted data perfectly matches supporting documents to prevent future discrepancies or modifications.
- Synchronize and successfully submit all captured data to the central NIMC backend system daily.
- Maintain the optimal security, handling, and basic troubleshooting of assigned enrollment kits including laptops, scanners, and cameras.
- Minimum of an OND or NCE qualification, backed by practical experience in data entry or administration.
- Previous working experience as a data capture agent, KYC officer, or on government, banking, and telecommunication enrollment projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong technical proficiency in operating computers, Microsoft Windows OS, and hardware peripherals.
- Strict adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and security standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and relevant local languages spoken in Kano.
- Must currently reside in Kano.
- Competitive net remuneration of 150K structured on a fixed plus commission basis.
