About the Role
Spectranet, Nigeria's premier 4G LTE internet service provider, is seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Field Activation Promoters in Wuse, Abuja. In this exciting role, you will serve as the face of our brand, engaging potential customers in high-traffic outdoor locations to drive direct sales, promote our reliable broadband solutions, and help us maintain our position as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities- Engage prospects directly on the field to pitch and sell Spectranet high-speed internet services and devices.
- Educate potential customers comprehensively on various data plans, network coverage areas, and device benefits.
- Assist new customers seamlessly with onboarding, necessary documentation, and instant activation processes.
- Maintain high energy levels and a professional demeanor while executing flyer distribution, roadshows, and activations.
- Track daily sales performance, gather customer feedback, generate quality leads, and report field insights to the team supervisor.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or NCE qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven working experience in field sales, direct marketing, or experiential brand activations.
- Exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and physically fit to manage dynamic outdoor field operations.
