In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, driving direct sales and expanding our customer base by engaging potential subscribers in high-traffic outdoor locations. Key Responsibilities- Engage prospects directly on the field to pitch and sell Spectranet high-speed internet services and devices.
- Educate potential customers on various data plans, network coverage benefits, and device features.
- Assist new customers seamlessly with onboarding, documentation, and instant activation processes.
- Maintain high energy and professionalism during flyer distribution, roadshows, and neighborhood activations.
- Track daily sales performance, collect customer feedback, and report actionable field insights to the team supervisor.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or NCE qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven working experience in field sales, direct marketing, or brand activations.
- Exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and physically fit for outdoor field operations.
