About the Role
Cobranet Limited, a leading and innovative Internet Service Provider in Nigeria established in 2003, is looking for a dedicated Fiber Coordinator to join our dynamic technical operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of service delivery by coordinating field engineers, resolving escalated technical issues, and ensuring seamless telecommunications operations across our network.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the daily schedules of field Fiber Engineers to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Handle and resolve escalated complaints from various departments efficiently.
- Distribute escalated jobs based on operational priority and urgency.
- Provide reliable remote technical support for engineers working in the field.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of installation and maintenance jobs performed by field teams.
- Ensure field engineers submit timely, accurate operational reports.
- Report directly to the Head of Department (HOD) regarding team performance and project updates.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (BSc/HND) in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of solid technical experience in telecommunication field operations.
- Mandatory possession of Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
- Proficiency in configuring Cisco routers and switches.
- Comprehensive understanding of wireless and fiber optic communications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
