About the Role
Cobranet Limited, a leading and reliable Internet Service Provider in Nigeria established in 2003, is looking for a dedicated Fiber Coordinator to join our dynamic technical team. In this role, you will oversee field operations, manage engineering schedules, and drive service excellence across our telecommunications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily deployment and work schedules of field Fiber Engineers to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Handle escalated technical complaints from various departments, distributing tasks based on priority and urgency.
- Provide reliable remote technical support to engineers operating in the field.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of fiber installation and maintenance jobs performed on-site.
- Ensure field engineers submit accurate and timely operational reports.
- Report directly to the Head of Department (HOD) regarding ongoing projects and operational bottlenecks.
- BSc or HND in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on technical experience in telecommunications field operations.
- Mandatory possession of a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
- Proficiency in configuring Cisco routers and switches.
- Comprehensive understanding of wireless communications and fiber optic systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
