About the Role
Honeywell International, a Fortune 100 global technology leader, is seeking a skilled and dedicated FCC Tech Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will provide critical technical support for UOP technologies, with a strong emphasis on Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) and Treating processes, driving operational excellence for our clients across the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive technical support for UOP technologies focusing on FCC, Treating, and related refining processes.
- Deliver on-site field support for unit start-ups, troubleshooting, and performance audits as part of the Field Service Reserve.
- Review and analyze commercial unit operating data, preparing detailed performance and compliance reports.
- Participate in engineering reviews, HAZOP studies, and design basis evaluations for new units and revamps.
- Author Manuals of Instruction (MOIs) and deliver specialized technology training courses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and technology enhancement projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in FCC and Treating process technologies gained through refinery operations, technical services, or engineering design.
- Demonstrated ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time, often on short notice.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
