About the Role
NaDanJA Limited, a leading asset management firm specializing in farm management, land sales, and commercial properties in Ogun and Oyo States, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager. You will join our leadership team to help transform and maintain our 40-acre agricultural venture into a thriving, highly productive enterprise located in Ilewo Orile, Abeokuta.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for planting, harvesting, irrigation, organic pest control, and fertilization.
- Manage daily farm operations, equipment maintenance, and workforce activities to maximize production and crop yield.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the farm diary regularly.
- Provide daily operational reports and ensure full accountability to the management board.
- Collaborate effectively with other NaDanJA farm managers and leadership to share best practices.
- Perform light manual farm work as needed to support the team.
- Higher institution qualification in agriculture or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 months of practical experience working on a crop or animal farm.
- Strong hands-on experience in farm management regardless of previous farm scale.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Willingness to reside at the company-provided accommodation in Ilewo village.
- Availability for an immediate start, working Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
