About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Facility Technician with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and generator systems to maintain our high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of mechanical systems, HVAC units, and facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic systems, including lighting, wiring, control panels, and automation systems while ensuring compliance with safety codes.
- Operate, service, and troubleshoot industrial generators and associated power systems, conducting load testing and ensuring reliable backup power availability.
- Diagnose technical faults swiftly and accurately across all facility assets to minimize downtime.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs, service records, and accurate reports for all completed activities.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on facility maintenance experience in mechanical, electrical, and generator fields.
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance schedules, and repair procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- High level of attention to detail, strong safety consciousness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
