Vitality Central Park is expanding its dynamic team and currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Facility Officer for the Vitality Clubhouse in Abuja. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily maintenance, upkeep, and repair of all indoor and outdoor clubhouse facilities, including the restaurant, bar, and recreational areas.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to identify potential hazards, maintenance needs, or safety compliance issues and resolve them promptly.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and maintenance work.
- Supervise cleaning and janitorial staff to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the entire Central Park property.
- Maintain comprehensive inventory logs for maintenance tools, equipment, and facility supplies, reordering as necessary.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operational zones.
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management, Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Facility Officer, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar role within the hospitality, leisure, or facility management sector.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and vendors.
- Must reside in or be ready to relocate to Abuja.
