Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional food and beverage service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Set up, clear, and maintain dining areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand quality standards.
- Handle guest transactions seamlessly, ensuring a smooth and satisfying conclusion to their visit.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and company policies while maintaining a professional personal appearance and uniform.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related work experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds independently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
