About the Role
Milestone Boutique Apartments is thrilled to announce the grand opening of our brand-new property, and we are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, and hardworking professionals to join our housekeeping team. As a Cleaner and Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming, spotless, and comfortable for our guests, directly contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience in a vibrant and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to meet the highest hygiene and presentation standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities efficiently and to premium presentation standards.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment throughout the premises.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and toilets meticulously, following strict infection control and hygiene protocols.
- Restock cleaning supplies, monitor inventory, and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding politely and professionally to guest requests or inquiries.
- Minimum of an OND or HND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles within the hotel or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the physical stamina and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Proximity to Ojodu, Lagos or willingness to commute/relocate nearby.
