About the Role
Teestone Hotels & Apartments is a modern boutique hotel located in the peaceful neighborhood of Ikeja, just 15 minutes from Murtala Muhammed International Airport. We pride ourselves on offering a stylish, comfortable, and contemporary hospitality experience for business travelers, vacationers, and transit guests alike. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help maintain our high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security departments.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service and promptly resolve any complaints or concerns to guarantee satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, ensure adherence to hotel policies, and assist in scheduling shifts to maintain adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to uphold strict cleanliness and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, report operational needs, and coordinate with department heads for smooth workflow.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security regulations across the property.
- Prepare operational reports, support staff training and onboarding, and assist management with performance evaluations.
- Support revenue-generating activities, help achieve occupancy targets, and handle emergency situations efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in hotel operations, hospitality supervision, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
