About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Audit Staff to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring strict adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive audit engagements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Review financial statements to ensure full compliance with IFRS, CAMA 2020, and FRCN guidelines.
- Evaluate internal control systems, identify operational risks, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Prepare and review robust audit working papers, comprehensive audit reports, and management letters.
- Collaborate effectively with audit team members and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure timely project delivery.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience in external auditing, ideally gained within a reputable professional accounting or audit firm.
- InProgress or completed professional qualifications such as ACA or ACCA will be a distinct advantage.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, ISAs, and Nigerian tax and corporate laws.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
