About the Role
Sales Force Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company specializing in plastics, PVC pipes, and cables, with modern factories located in Igbesa and Ota, Ogun State. We are urgently seeking highly motivated, hands-on Expatriate Factory Managers to lead plant operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless production workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the design, installation, assembly, and repair of diverse production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Manage end-to-end factory operations, production planning, and workflow schedules based on demand and inventory levels.
- Establish rigorous operating and quality standards while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Supervise, evaluate, and train production personnel to maximize workforce efficiency and achieve organizational targets.
- Determine resource allocation, including workforce and raw materials, to optimize top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Production, Mechanical, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of cognate manufacturing experience in plastics, cables, PVC pipes, or related industries, with at least 5 years specifically gained in Nigeria.
- Age not exceeding 50 years, with current residency in Nigeria and immediate availability for physical interviews.
- Exceptional English language communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and high integrity.
