Executive Driver

About the Role

Wiseki Technologies, a leading all-inclusive digital services company with over 10 years of experience in IT, tech products, digital asset management, and real estate solutions, is looking for a dependable Executive Driver. This role is critical to ensuring the CEO's safe, timely, and professional transportation, while also supporting official errands and logistics operations.

• Drive the Executive to and from work, meetings, official functions, and approved engagements, ensuring punctual pick-up and drop-off at all times.
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and discretion while on duty, remaining on standby during official outings until duties are concluded.
• Carry out official errands including document deliveries, bank runs, office logistics, and other assigned tasks during work hours.
• Perform inter-state trips as required and assist with transportation of official items, packages, or equipment.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, roadworthy, and well-maintained through daily checks of fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, and overall condition.
• Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, and renewal of vehicle documents, promptly reporting any faults or damages.
• Drive responsibly, strictly obeying traffic laws and road regulations while ensuring the safety of the Executive, passengers, and items at all times.
• Avoid reckless driving, phone use while driving, or any unsafe conduct.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding movements, conversations, and official matters at all times.
• Resume promptly at 7:30 AM daily and follow instructions diligently, maintaining a respectful, calm, and well-mannered disposition.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proven experience as a personal or executive driver.
• Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and defensive driving techniques.
• Excellent time management, discipline, and punctuality.
• High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor.
• Physically fit and capable of handling logistics duties, including lifting or transporting items.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on official engagements.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an added advantage.
