About the Role
UNOCASA Limited, a business solutions firm established in 2009, is recruiting an Executive Director to lead our organization's strategic direction, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. We are seeking a visionary leader with proven expertise in nonprofit management, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement to drive our mission forward and create lasting social impact.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and drive the organization's vision, growth, and long-term sustainability
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to achieve organizational objectives and maintain governance standards
- Lead comprehensive fundraising and donor engagement strategies to secure sustainable revenue streams
- Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors
- Oversee daily operations, programme delivery, and organizational performance metrics
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to maximize impact
- Ensure full compliance with governance, legal, and risk management frameworks
- Serve as the primary spokesperson, brand ambassador, and advocate for the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with beneficiaries, stakeholders, and community partners
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing staff and volunteer teams
- Foster an inclusive, mission-driven organizational culture that attracts top talent
- Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Health, Social Sciences, or Healthcare Management
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in nonprofit management or fundraising
- Minimum 3 years in a senior nonprofit leadership or management position
- Proven track record in fundraising, donor management, and resource mobilization
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with Boards and governance structures
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and operational oversight capabilities
- Ability to develop partnerships and engage diverse stakeholders effectively
