About the Role
Marriott International is a globally recognized hospitality leader with over 4,100 properties across 79 countries. We're seeking passionate Event Service Experts to join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional experiences at our premier hotel events and banquets.
Key Responsibilities- Execute flawlessly from event setup through breakdown, ensuring all materials and supplies are properly organized and transported
- Provide outstanding guest service during banquets and events through professional interactions and attentive support
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest service standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment following all company policies and procedures
- Perform physical tasks including standing, moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds independently
- Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, upholding Marriott's reputation for excellence
- Support additional duties as needed to ensure seamless event operations
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than one year of related event service experience preferred
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work extended periods on your feet
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and professional conduct
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
