About the Role
Bond Chemical Industries Limited, a leading name in pharmaceutical manufacturing established in 1976, is looking for a results-driven Ethical Sales Representative to join our growing field team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence across Anambra and Delta States, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting our trusted range of qualitative products.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions.
- Develop effective distribution and sales channels to maximize revenue growth within the assigned region.
- Maintain excellent, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Analyze quarterly market trends to identify and leverage competitive advantages.
- Follow up promptly on sales leads and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- B.Pharm, B.Sc, or HND in any science-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a pharmaceutical or FMCG company.
- Prior experience working as a medical sales representative will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a personable and sociable disposition.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and driving experience.
- Must currently reside in or be willing to work within Anambra or Delta State.
