About the Role
Bond Chemical Industries Limited has a proud heritage dating back to 1976, growing from a trusted retail pharmacy into a leading manufacturer of high-quality pharmaceutical products in Nigeria. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Ethical Sales Representative to expand our market presence and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals in Akwa Ibom and Cross River State.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to hospitals, pharmacists, and other key healthcare bodies within the assigned region.
- Develop and execute effective distribution channels to maximize sales growth and company revenue.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders to foster brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze regional market trends on a quarterly basis to identify and leverage competitive advantages.
- Follow up promptly on sales leads and convert prospects into loyal brand advocates.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), B.Sc, or HND in any science-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Previous experience working as a medical sales representative will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a sociable personality and a passion for networking.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is compulsory.
- Candidates currently residing in Akwa Ibom and Cross River State are strongly preferred.
