About the Role
Bond Chemical Industries Limited, a leading name in the Nigerian pharmaceutical manufacturing sector since 1988, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Ethical Representative to join our growing field force. In this role, you will be the primary brand ambassador for our high-quality pharmaceutical products, engaging directly with healthcare professionals to drive market growth and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to hospitals, pharmacies, and other relevant healthcare bodies within the assigned region.
- Develop strategic channels and business opportunities to maximize sales growth and revenue generation.
- Maintain excellent, professional relationships with key stakeholders and customers within Akwa Ibom and Cross River State.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to determine competitive advantages on a quarterly basis.
- Follow up promptly on sales leads and provide regular feedback to management regarding market dynamics.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or a B.Sc / HND in any science-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience, particularly within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
- Prior experience as a medical sales representative in a reputable pharmaceutical company will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a sociable and engaging personality.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving experience.
- Residency within Akwa Ibom or Cross River State is a strict requirement for this position.
