About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Estate Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria and oversee our extensive property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the organization's residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use real estate properties.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date register of all properties, including ownership documents, lease agreements, occupancy status, property valuations, and comprehensive maintenance records.
- Monitor the condition, utilization, and financial performance of properties to ensure optimal use of available assets and maximum return on investment.
- Conduct periodic, rigorous property inspections to identify maintenance requirements, structural defects, security concerns, and other operational issues promptly.
- Ensure that all properties are properly maintained, secured, and managed in strict alignment with organizational quality and safety standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate Management, Property Management, Land Economics, or a related discipline.
- A postgraduate qualification in Estate Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Business Administration is an added advantage.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies, such as the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
- Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable professional experience in estate management, property operations, or facilities management.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing diverse portfolios encompassing residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
