Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction in English Studies.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson notes and instructional materials.
- Assess, monitor, and report learners' academic progress regularly.
- Participate actively in school programmes, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and learner-centred classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the school's Montessori-based educational philosophy.
- Encourage students' personal growth, independent thinking, and critical problem-solving skills.
- B.Ed. in English, Education, or a related field.
- N.C.E. (Nigeria Certificate in Education).
- Prior teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage learners effectively.
- Strong proficiency in lesson planning and learner assessment techniques.
- Good digital and ICT skills for modern classroom instruction.
