About the Role
Addoz Consulting Limited is recruiting an experienced Engineering Store Officer on behalf of a reputable cashew processing and manufacturing company located along the Mowe-Ibafo Expressway in Ogun State. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of all engineering materials, spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies. Your expertise will directly contribute to minimizing factory downtime and optimizing production efficiency within a fast-paced agro-processing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, record, and store engineering materials, spare parts, and tools with high precision.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages of critical items.
- Issue materials to maintenance technicians and track daily usage against approved requisitions.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security standards are strictly maintained within the engineering store.
- Monitor the availability of essential spare parts, machine components, bearings, and belts.
- Maintain seamless documentation for all inbound and outbound store transactions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing and Supply, Store Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in an engineering store, ideally within manufacturing or agro-processing.
- Strong working knowledge of engineering spare parts, tools, motors, gearboxes, and pumps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern inventory management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills, absolute integrity, and high attention to detail.
