About the Role
Eko Maintenance Limited, a rapidly growing facility management company specializing in high-rise building maintenance in Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking a skilled, experienced, and dedicated Electrician to join our dynamic maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and the repair of systems in commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities- Perform professional electrical installations, repairs, and routine maintenance across building facilities.
- Diagnose and efficiently troubleshoot electrical faults in high-rise buildings.
- Inspect electrical systems regularly to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Maintain lighting systems, sockets, switches, distribution boards, and related equipment.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal operation of all electrical infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure all engineering works strictly adhere to national and international safety standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on completed maintenance, diagnosed faults, and required spare parts.
- Collaborate effectively with other technical professionals for seamless facility management.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience as an Electrician.
- Technical certificate, diploma, or relevant qualification in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical drawings and diagrams.
- Strong working knowledge of generators, electrical panels, circuit breakers, and wiring.
