About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the operational integrity of our clients' electrical infrastructure, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency at every turn.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective repairs promptly.
- Troubleshoot faults in lighting systems, power distribution panels, circuit breakers, and electrical control systems.
- Conduct professional electrical testing using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Respond swiftly to electrical breakdowns and urgent maintenance requests.
- Ensure all electrical work strictly complies with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used.
- Identify faulty components and recommend replacements where necessary.
- Assist with electrical installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
- Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of all electrical tools and equipment.
- Report major faults, hazards, and equipment failures directly to the supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with other technical teams to resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Comply fully with lockout/tagout procedures and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Possession of an HND in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and facilities management.
- Strong working knowledge of safety standards, electrical codes, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary technical team.
