About the Role
Jamub Group, a diversified conglomerate operating across multiple industries in Nigeria, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is critical to ensuring the design, installation, and maintenance of reliable electrical systems and power infrastructure that support our various business interests spanning B2B, B2G, and B2C sectors.

Key Responsibilities- Design, plan, and implement electrical systems and power infrastructure across multiple projects and sites.
- Oversee the installation of electrical equipment, wiring, and control systems in line with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, ensuring timely resolution to minimise downtime.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports for electrical projects.
- Ensure compliance with national and international electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance energy efficiency and system reliability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems, maintenance schedules, and project records.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technical staff.
- B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Valid COREN registration is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and power infrastructure best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant design and simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
