About the Role
Brickhall School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher (EYFS) to join our team of skilled educators committed to shaping the foundational learning journey of young children. Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning through play.
- Monitor, assess, and document each child's developmental progress and learning milestones.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support each child's overall growth.
- Prepare and utilize teaching aids, audiovisual tools, and other resources to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and individual learning plans.
- Ensure classroom activities align with global best practices in early childhood education.
- Foster strong communication with parents regarding their child's academic and social development.
- Support the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development of young learners.
- Participate in school events, training sessions, and staff meetings as required.
- Minimum of 2-5 years' cognate teaching experience in a reputable school or organization.
- Proficiency in the British Curriculum will be an added advantage.
- Candidates applying for IGCSE/Checkpoint-related roles must possess proven experience delivering the British Curriculum and preparing students for Cambridge examinations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
