Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for early years students
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Implement innovative teaching methods that promote holistic child development
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support individual student needs
- Integrate technology and modern pedagogical approaches into daily lessons
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to school development initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant teaching qualification
- Proven experience teaching in early years settings
- Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
