Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with both British and Nigerian preschool educational standards.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and active learning.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document students' academic, social, and emotional growth and communicate progress effectively with parents.
- Manage classroom behavior positively while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and student well-being at all times.
- Integrate basic technology and STEM-based concepts into daily learning activities to foster early problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to improve teaching strategies and participate in school events.
- Hold a minimum of an HND in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong, up-to-date knowledge of early childhood growth, developmental milestones, and pedagogical best practices.
- Possess excellent classroom management skills with the ability to keep young learners engaged, motivated, and safe.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with both British and Nigerian preschool curricula.
