About the Role
IOTA Group, a global leader in international human resource management and technical assistance, is seeking a skilled E3D Model Lead & PDMS Administrator to join our operations in Nigeria. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned engineering professional to drive plant design excellence and database administration for high-profile energy, oil and gas, and industrial infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Setup and administer AVEVA 3D databases for project portfolio management while developing optimized engineering workflows.
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D plant models using AVEVA E3D based on approved engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform clash detection, model validation, and design reviews to identify spatial conflicts and constructability issues.
- Maintain proper model hierarchy, naming conventions, attributes, and database integrity in accordance with project standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to incorporate design changes and ensure seamless coordination.
- Produce and update model-generated deliverables, including piping isometrics, general arrangement drawings, and material take-offs.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AVEVA E3D/PDMS modelling and administration within the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Petrochemical industries.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and point cloud processing workflows.
- Comprehensive familiarity with AVEVA E3D modules, including Draw, Iso-draft, Paragon, Administration, and Lexicon.
- Strong understanding of plant design, constructability, operability, and multidisciplinary coordination.
