Key Responsibilities- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their designated destinations within Lagos and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a polite, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Operate e-hailing platforms such as Uber, Bolt, and inDrive proficiently to accept and complete trip requests.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept in a clean, hygienic, and roadworthy condition daily.
- Comply strictly with all Nigerian traffic regulations and follow optimal routes using GPS navigation tools.
- Promptly report any vehicle faults, mechanical issues, accidents, or maintenance needs to management.
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in e-hailing, commercial driving, or logistics.
- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of Lagos routes, traffic patterns, and road networks.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, responsibility, and safety consciousness.
- Proficiency in operating smartphones and mobile navigation applications.
