About the Role
Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited has a vision to be the market leader in the Day Old Chicks market through exceptional quality products and services that guarantee profitable poultry farming. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce & Retail Manager to spearhead our online and physical retail operations, expand market reach, and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce and retail strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Manage online sales channels, including the company website, social commerce, and digital marketplaces.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of company-owned retail outlets to meet sales targets and customer service standards.
- Drive product visibility, visual merchandising, competitive pricing strategies, and promotional activities across all channels.
- Manage inventory planning, stock replenishment, and stock rotation to minimize losses, particularly for perishable agricultural products.
- Ensure seamless order processing, secure payment confirmation, and proper cold-chain logistics handling.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, operating costs, and revenue margins to identify business growth opportunities.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the retail and e-commerce team to achieve high performance and professional development.
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, retail management, or commercial operations within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of managing both online sales platforms and physical retail outlets successfully.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment, logistics, and digital customer acquisition.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern e-commerce or retail management software systems.
