About the Role
Bolton White Hotels & Apartments, located in the heart of Abuja near major landmarks such as the National Assembly and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager. In this role, you will oversee all hotel operations during your shift, ensuring seamless service delivery, high guest satisfaction, and the safety of our 176 luxury rooms and conference facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all departments during the shift, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, VIP arrivals, and issue resolution.
- Oversee night audit processes, verify daily revenue reconciliation, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols across the property.
- Lead, coach, and support shift staff to maintain high performance and accountability standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 15 years of experience in hotel operations, with a strong background in Front Office or Duty Management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and night audit processes.
